When is a good time to start prenatal workouts during pregnancy?

There's a misconception that you only need to modify your workouts towards the end of pregnancy, but there are SO many changes that we should start accounting for as soon as you know you are pregnant.

I haven't worked out in a while - is this appropriate for me?

Absolutely, this program is great for beginners, but I offer plenty of options so you can make it more challenging as needed.

Will I be notified before the end of my two week free trial?

Yes. You will receive an email notification before your trial is up. Once a member, you can cancel anytime.

I'm worried I won't have time. How can I stay accountable?

This program is designed for busy moms like you. There is a distinct set of videos to aim for each week, all workouts are under 30 minutes, and some are even quicker, and you'll have constant checkins from Julia for that extra accountability ;)
